GTA provided geotechnical engineering and environmental services to support site improvements and building development for a proposed data center park, which will include four warehouse buildings measuring approximately 34,100 SF, 41,400 SF, 53,400 SF, and 72,000 SF. As part of the project, GTA conducted document reviews and delivered an independent report with recommendations for site development. Soil samples were also collected and evaluated to inform design decisions.

GTA designed two segmental block retaining walls totaling approximately 500 linear feet along the perimeter of the warehouse pavement areas adjacent to I-95. These walls feature exposed heights ranging from 10 to 27 feet and required a global stability analysis due to their size, slope conditions, and pavement loading.

Currently, GTA is actively performing SWPPP inspections and providing construction materials testing and special inspections for two of the four buildings scheduled for completion in 2026.
