GTA provided geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction observation and testing services for this award winning, 16-story, 165,000-SF, 195-key hotel. Services included overseeing installation of support piles, compaction testing, identification and removal of petroleum impacted soils found during initial construction, as well as concrete testing, and steel inspection on 0.3 acres in an urban setting bound by light rail and trolley tracks.
