GTA has performed four separate Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and geotechnical subsurface explorations to support both preliminary planning and design-phase recommendations for the development of four separate parcels. The overall development currently includes four industrial buildings totaling more than 3.2 million square feet, along with a two-mile Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) roadway. GTA’s services also include construction materials testing for the VDOT roadway including sewer, water, and storm drain infrastructure, as well as stormwater management facilities. In addition, GTA designed approximately 400 linear feet of reinforced soil slope to support the future VDOT roadway.
