Today marks a major milestone for Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) as we celebrate our 40th anniversary in business!

From our humble beginnings in a small office in Bel Air, Maryland, under the leadership of founder John Wirth, P.E., GTA has grown into a trusted partner across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Southeast, and Texas regions. What began as a local geotechnical engineering and construction observation and testing firm has evolved into a multidisciplinary company offering environmental consulting, natural resources planning, subsurface exploration, and groundwater/wastewater consulting.

Today, we are proud to employ over 600 professionals across 27 offices in 11 states and Washington, D.C.  This growth is a testament to the vision, resilience, and dedication of our team and the trust of our clients.
