About
Red River Ridge is a 337-unit single-family residential subdivision spanning 233 acres in Clarksville, Tennessee, situated east of the Rudolphtown community and north of Memorial Drive, just south of the Red River. Developed by Meritage Homes of Franklin, the subdivision is planned across five phases and is anticipated to yield approximately 60 homes per year upon full buildout.
GTA performed geotechnical exploration and karst feature evaluation for the site, providing remediation recommendations to address sinkhole and karst conditions present in the subsurface — a critical scope for development in Middle Tennessee’s limestone-underlain terrain. GTA is currently providing construction observation and testing services during mass grading operations.
