Declan Hermitage is a 315-unit apartment community situated on a 15-acre site in Nashville’s Hermitage neighborhood. The development comprises six three- and four-story garden-style apartment buildings totaling 377,833 SF, with units offered in one- to three-bedroom layouts featuring luxury vinyl-tile flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool and sun deck, grill stations, fire pits, a dog park, and a car wash. The project also includes five garage structures and is slated for completion in June 2027.

GTA provided geotechnical exploration services for the site and performed sinkhole and karst terrain evaluation in support of injection well permitting and sinkhole remediation — a critical scope given the subsurface conditions common to Middle Tennessee’s limestone geology. GTA is currently providing construction observation and testing services throughout the duration of construction.
