This award-winning project is a rehabilitation and consolidation of three 4- to 5-story historic commercial rowhouse structures designed to provide convenience and affordability to City residents, specifically First Responders. The 0.38-acre redevelopment converted unused office and commercial space into 66 new apartment units, as well as interior and exterior common space. GTA’s services included geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction observation and testing services.
