About
GTA provided subsurface exploration, laboratory analysis, and geotechnical engineering to evaluate the subsurface conditions and provide recommendations for foundations, slab, utilities, and driveways. The development includes 33 single-family homes in Section 2 of the master planned community. In addition to the overall geotechnical report for the project, individual soil reports were prepared for each lot in accordance with Chesterfield County requirements. GTA is currently providing construction materials testing/special inspections for project.
