GTA provided a geotechnical exploration for a 630,000 square foot industrial logistics facility located on a 41-acre parcel in Perrysburg Township, Ohio. GTA’s scope of work included drilling 46 test borings, 8 test pits, laboratory testing, and a geotechnical engineering analysis for the proposed building structure, parking lot areas, and associated site improvements.

GTA also provided on-site construction materials testing and inspection during the construction. GTA’s services included earthwork oversight and soil compaction, footer inspection, concrete testing, masonry inspection, steel inspection, and asphalt testing.
