GTA is providing geotechnical and construction observation and testing for the development of 456 residential units (200 single-family & 256 townhomes). Our services further included the construction observation and testing for the associated roadway improvements to Kemp Lane, multiple retaining walls, infrastructure, and construction of a pedestrian bridge.
