First 417 is a large-scale, nearly 300-acre site improvement and mass grading project. Much of the site was originally covered by unsuitable material, reaching depths of up to 15 feet in some areas. To handle the significant amount of organic waste, four ponds were over-excavated to depths of approximately 50 feet.
