GTA conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a 2-acre vacant parcel in Daytona Beach, which was being considered for redevelopment as a car wash. During the course of the Phase I ESA, GTA uncovered historical Sanborn maps and city directories indicating the property had been occupied by a gasoline filling station from 1955 through 1980. None of the federal or state environmental databases identified the former gasoline filling station.
