About
Belle Meade Village is a 780,000 SF mixed-use shopping and residential village developed by AJ Capital at the gateway to Belle Meade, Tennessee. The development transforms a formerly underutilized 15.5-acre site — previously home to Belle Meade Plaza — into a landmark destination at the entrance to Nashville’s most established residential corridor. The project is comprised of seven two- and three-story buildings arranged around a central courtyard, featuring over 40 storefronts, a boutique hotel, a members’ club, restaurants, and cafés, alongside two stone-clad residential towers of eight and ten stories. Green space, public walkways, and parks will comprise approximately 60% of the project site, including the activation of Richland Creek and its connection to the Richland Creek Greenway. The project is slated for completion in 2028.
GTA is currently providing construction observation and testing services for the development, including deep foundation observations, reinforcing steel observations, and concrete testing.
