One Glenwood Office Tower is an 11-story, 273,000-SF office tower developed on two redeveloped downtown Raleigh parcels. GTA provided comprehensive geotechnical and environmental services, including subsurface exploration and foundation design through Brownfield coordination and construction-phase testing, to address complex subsurface conditions.
