DAVID E. PEÑALVA, P.E., PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT

David offers two decades of engineering experience and plays a pivotal role in advancing GTA’s capabilities throughout the Southeast. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he directs technical strategy from due diligence through construction, delivering practical, cost-effective solutions for projects in industrial, residential, commercial, energy, and transportation sectors.
TYLER FURR, P.G., PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT

Tyler brings more than a decade of geotechnical expertise and has been instrumental in driving GTA’s growth in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. As a licensed Professional Geologist, he leads our Pittsburgh operations with a focus on regional expansion, strategic initiatives, and tailored solutions for complex projects across diverse markets.
