GTA conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and geotechnical engineering services to evaluate site conditions and provide recommendations for foundations, slabs, utilities, and driveways. The project involves the development of 33 single-family homes within Section 2 of a master-planned community.

In addition to preparing a comprehensive geotechnical report for the overall site, GTA developed individual soil reports for each lot in compliance with Chesterfield County requirements. GTA also provided construction materials testing and special inspections to support quality assurance throughout the project.
