GTA performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, along with geotechnical subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis to evaluate subsurface conditions and support both preliminary and design-phase recommendations for a planned 1,391,600-SF distribution facility. The project also included a 1.25-mile Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) roadway extension from Emmaus Church Road. Additionally, GTA provided construction materials testing services for a separate 0.5-mile VDOT roadway designed to provide access to the facility. This portion of the work encompassed sewer, water, and storm drain infrastructure, as well as the construction of a stormwater management facility.
