KIMBERLEY MCNEW NAMED GTA ASSOCIATE

Kimberley McNew has been named an Associate of GTA, recognizing her continued contributions to aquatic resource assessment, restoration, and mitigation projects across the Mid Atlantic. A Professional Wetland Scientist, Kim supports clients through stream and wetland delineation, mitigation design, permitting, construction observation, and monitoring for public and private sector developments. Her experience spans residential, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure projects throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

BRANDON RICHARDS NAMED GTA ASSOCIATE

Brandon Richards has been named an Associate of GTA. With more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and special inspections, Brandon supports clients through construction observation, materials testing, and quality assurance services for transportation, municipal, commercial, residential, and mixed use projects across North Carolina and Virginia. His hands on approach and strong coordination skills contribute to successful project delivery in active construction environments.

ANDRES VILLARREAL NAMED GTA ASSOCIATE

Andres Villarreal, Ph.D., P.E., has been named an Associate of GTA. Andres provides geotechnical investigation, analysis, and design services for complex projects throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region, with experience spanning industrial, mixed use, residential, and institutional developments. His work also supports GTA’s advanced laboratory testing capabilities, strengthening the technical insight available to clients facing challenging subsurface conditions.
