Paramount Tower at 1010 Church Street is a 60-story, 979,000 SF luxury mixed-use high-rise rising 750 feet in downtown Nashville, Tennessee — poised to become the tallest tower in Tennessee and the tallest structure in Nashville’s skyline. Developed by Giarratana as part of the broader Church Street Development corridor, the $390 million project redevelops the former Downtown YMCA site, integrating the facility’s newer wing alongside 140 condominiums, 360 rental units, and 10 levels of parking. The project is slated for completion in 2027.
